My Approach
MY APPROACH

Collaborative. Holistic. Evidence-based

Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, supporting you to gain insight, develop skills, and move towards the life you want to live — one that feels meaningful, connected, and authentically yours.

My work is also shaped by my experiences living, studying, and working in different countries and cultures. This has fostered an open-minded and inclusive approach — I deeply value diversity and hold space for people from all walks of life to feel seen, heard, and supported.
At the heart of my practice is a belief that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and live authentically. I believe in the importance of nurturing the mind-body connection, and processing the experiences — including trauma and attachment wounds — that can hold us back from living a fulfilling and purposeful life.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can explore what matters most to you — whether that’s finding clarity, making meaningful change, or simply being able to sit with what’s hard.
